My Day At Home

Today was a nice morning in my sweet warm cozy house or as I like to call it home. “A beautiful day outside” I thought in my mind as I struggled to get out of my bed. I never want to leave this comfy little dream but who can resist a screen right up your face? My brothers are already out of bed but how? I can't and that's for sure. The warm oatmeal on my plate is nice and tasty just how we all like it. This reminds me of how not a lot of people have this so I make sure to admire them every single day. I'm warm and cozy in my lovely home. This is where dreams come true, mine at least. I put my shoes on and get ready for school but it is too hard to leave this delightful dream. “I mean it's comfy and cozy and sweet to stay in” I thought in my head. But sooner or later I’ll have to go to school. Dang! I close my eyes as my heart beats fast. I'll be back in just a short time. “Goodbye” I said to my little lovely home. “Make sure to stay, I'll come back soon”. Walking away gives me a chill I've never felt before because I have been warm this entire time. As home faded away “I remembered what I said I’ll be back again”.
