Meaning of Home

Home isn't just a place to sleep and eat, it's a place to make memories. When I think of home, I feel happy and loved in a warm, cozy hug with a blanket on top, and I'm filled with joy after a long day at school. The people who make my home special are my mom, dad, sister, me and my auntie and you can’t forget my auntie cat Panda. Panda gives the best snuggles and he always purrs when I pet him. Some of the special moments at my house, are every Friday, me and my family have a board game night and on the weekend me, my mom, and my sister have a sleepover in the living room. My first snow and my first Christmas it was the best I got so many gifts, but I'm so grateful for all the gifts I got. Having a home is important because you have a roof, a bed, food and people who love and support you. Thanks to Habitat for Humanity for supporting families who don’t have a home.
