Meaning of Home

Home can be any place to anyone. To me home makes me feel welcomed and happy. A place that's home to me is my cousin’s and my best friend’s house. My cousin’s house makes me feel at home because I always felt warm and safe. When I come over, I would sit on her couch with my cousin, and chat for hours or we would watch some tv if we were bored.When i enter her house i would feel the soft rug under my feet and see my aunt cooking in the kitchen, she would greet me then my cousin would bring me to her room to show me the things she got recently. When I came over to her house I knew she was always there for me. Another place that I feel at home is my best friend’s house, before she moved away I would always come over and we would make crafts or we would watch tv together and chat while her siblings would run around and play. I would usually come over when she had birthday parties or days we were free. When I came over I always felt loved and I knew I mattered. The meaning of home to me is those places and will always be home to me in my heart. Home can be whatever you desire in your heart.
