Home IS LIFE
When I moved to Winnipeg, I missed my grandparents and my cousin. My parents moved to Winnipeg because it wasn't safe; people robbed and killed others, so they wanted a better future for me. It's like a phone, if it's too old or doesn't work for your personal stuff you can buy one that works for you So when I moved to Winnipeg it was because it wasn't working for me, but when I moved to Winnipeg it was more safe and I could walk outside without having to worry about getting robbed. Home is a place where your loved ones are, home is a place where you live, warm and comfy, where you can play, where you can sleep. My home is like the sun; it keeps me warm when it's cold outside. My home is like a tree; it stands tall even if the weather is bad. My home is like the big bang, it's where I started everything. Home is like Leonardo DaVinci; it paints new memories.
Now I'm going to talk more about how I moved to Winnipeg- so 2021 is when I arrived and it was cold and I could feel the breeze hitting my face. We moved to an apartment, and it was small, but it was ok. After I put my clothes etc. in my room I was scared and my dad said that I'll be going to school soon. Fast forward to 2023 sadly my Granma had stage 3 cancer. Since we were moving. houses we couldn't go visit my grandma in my home country, so my mom called her every day. January 1 at 2am Granma passed away sadly. But thanks to Habitat for Humanity people can move houses faster to help them find a home perfect for people, home is for everybody.
