Everyone Needs a Home
I think everyone needs a home because home brings joy. When you work so hard, maybe even 3 jobs, it seems like you are so close to buying something small you can call home, but you still need to get food, furniture, a bed, and a lot more. You finally feel like you're done, but the owner raises the price. The thing is, you can't just get a house quickly because you need to get a job and money, and then you need the time to find a house.
When we finally got our house, I thought it was kind of small because there was no basement and there were no stairs to anything (We did not have an upstairs or an attic). After a little bit, I felt more used to it. I decorated my room and I got bunnies. That felt a lot better. I love my home.
Home is a space where you can spend time with people you care about. I love it when we all have food together because being with family is not forever. When you get a house, you can share time with your friends and family. Talking and eating together is so meaningful and that's why getting a house is really important. Even though it can take a while to get a house, it's worth it.
Habitat for Humanity is cool because they help people in need. They build homes for people and everyone in the whole world deserves a home.
