What my Home Means to Me
A home is not just a building with furniture and walls with a roof. It is a special thing for everyone in the entire world. To begin with, every day when I get home I can smell lavender in the air that my Mom sprayed and my home is really clean. My mom comes and greets me and we talk about my day and she gives me a hug. Another reason is, we usually go on the comfy couch after a long day and rest for a little bit. We watch tv shows sometimes and I get tucked in with a cozy blanket. After that, when my sister comes down stairs she tells a hilarious joke that makes me giggle nonstop or gives me a compliment. Then we sometimes play board games together or all of us talk about our day. We watch silly cartoons or movies like scary or funny movies. At night we do activities together. We make crafts or go outside and play before I go to bed. To sum up, when I'm in bed I can hear my parents talking about something. I am grateful for my home and how I'm not alone. What does home mean to you? To me it's life.
