The Meaning of Home

Home isn’t just about how fancy your house, furniture or stuff is ,It's about the people you share that house with. For example, I thought I wanted to be rich, but now that I see Habitat for Humanity is donating thousands of dollars to people so that they can at least have a place to call home, I don’t want to be rich, I want to help people find a home too! Each day I am happy I have somewhere to sleep, but I’m sad to see people out by the highway with signs that say “share a smile”. But it also gives me hope that one day everybody will have a place to live. Plus ,I don’t have much money so I think my chances of getting rich one day are pretty slim. So I’m writing this note. Even if it ends up only being ten dollars ,I’m happy Habitat for Humanity is doing this even if they had the chance not to. Personally ,I think Habitat for Humanity is amazing! Home means family, family means home. Home for me means , soccer and peace. I hope that everyone will have at least one of those things in the future.
