Why I Love My Home

Home isn't just a roof over my head. Its family where we get to make memories play games And way more. My home is like an invisible shield. It blocks rain, wind and also snow. Sometimes the power goes out but I just say it's out on a walk. I'm just sooo lucky to have a home like mine. My room is the best. I got a bed, a closet, stuffy’s A TV on my dresser. I have everything I need in my room. My home use to be an old church so I'm lucky it's now an apartment. I love my home so much. I'm lucky to live there and I'm lucky to be living there with my family and neighbors. I'd live there my whole life if I could. But all that matters is that I got a home. I am so grateful that I have a roof over my head and family by my side. I am grateful for whoever built my home. And when I come home from a long day at school I get to sit on my comfy couch. Whenever I go in the kitchen there's always something yummy cooking and when it’s done cooking we get to eat it. All that I'm trying to say is that we care about our home and it cares about us by keeping us safe.
