The Meaning of Home to Me

Home isn’t just four walls. Home can be anywhere you feel happy, loved and safe. I think of home as a place where I can spend time with my family and friends, we enjoy are favourite foods. When we can eat delicious food I feel grateful because not everyone has a full stomach everyday. Home is spending quality time with my family and everyone being happy. When I eat foods that I like, for example I enjoy eating hotpot, it is my favourite food because it you get a warm soup, delicious translucent noodles with fresh green leaves, I love the delectable taste and warm aroma of it all combined. Everyone deserves a meal that makes them full and one that they love eating. Next, I love going to the Night market which is in Taiwan, it is one of my favourite places because my family can spend precious time together. We can play many variations of fun and enjoyable games, the first game we played was a ring toss where you toss a ring in the slots and if it goes in you get that prize. I felt happy when I got some rings in the slots not only to get the prize but because it was fun. Later, we ate some food which was potatoes which were sliced in to thin pieces and fried in steaming bubbly oil, and put on a stick. When we ate it, it tasted so good!!! Later, we played many more games and went back to our hotel. That day we made many memories and it was very fun! Third, I like going to the movies. I like going there because we can sit back and relax to watch a movie. My family and I always get popcorn from home which is very yummy! Me and my family always have a great time when we go there. Everyone deserves a shelter where they feel safe, happy, and loved, and finally a place where people care for them the most.
