Under the Roof

What’s under the roof? Well, let me explain. Under the roof is where all the memories are made, like when my brother and I got along with each other, or when all my friends came over and we had so much fun. It’s when we went into the living room to watch a movie, or into the kitchen to grab some snacks, or to the table to have a nice dinner with my family. What about when we went into our new room for the first time and slept in our new cozy bed? Or when we have sleepovers with all the fun, and we can all feel safe at our home and cared for? If you don’t feel safe or get scared, tell your parents what’s wrong, and they will try to make you feel better. We even have our new stuffies to sleep with. And when we cuddle with our parents, or when we leave home to go somewhere and come back and it smells so nice because your mom just baked something. When you celebrate your birthdays. When you run around your house with cousins, friends, and siblings, play outside in the snow, run around in the grass, go skiing, tobogganing, snowmobiling, or just sit inside. That’s all. Thank you!
