A Meaning of Home

What is home? I define a house as just a plain structure that can have a roof. Well, home is different from a house! Home is somewhere people can feel safe and feel loved. Home can also be anything, for example, a bird’s nest or a duck’s pond. When I come home I see yummy homemade food on the table and I smell the salty aroma of the bone broth from my grandpa’s yummy Pho. I think home is a place where your family is, where you can hug them or even have lots of fun with them. The biggest part of my home is usually my room, it has all of my memories and everything I need and it is really cozy. Home should be for everyone, everyone should have a safe, warm, loving, and caring home. Just because someone did something wrong, everyone should still feel cared for and loved. Anywhere can be home! You can call a grassy field home or even just your RV! Home is a place where you express yourself and never be embarrassed by your family or yourself. Family is also a big chunk of home and I would not call my house a home without my family! Family is my home and without their love and care nothing would ever be my home.
