A Home Is More Than Just A House

My home is a place where I am safe and not afraid to be myself, my house is a place with walls, floors, furniture, and a roof. My home is where I grew up and where memories are made. My home is not just a roof over my head it is the memories, routines, and family in my home! I learn new things at my home like new softball tips, art drawings, gymnastics skills, and dance skills. When I get home every day my mom makes me dinner when I watch tv and relax, and then I sometimes go down to my basement and do some softball for a little bit. I have a bunch of routines and things I do daily in my home, like what I do in the morning and evening on certain days. If I moved to a new house it wouldn't be as special to me and it would be more like a house not really a home. But if I lived in my new home for quite a long time it would have memories and it would be a home! My home is my happy place and I feel safe to have any emotions or feelings in my home!
