The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home is different for everyone. For you it might be snuggling with your dog, Buffley, or eating your favorite comfort food, or even just your actual house. For me, the meaning of home is family. A house just can’t be a home without my family. With my family there, I would have someone to joke with, play games with, watch movies with, and go through hard times with. Without my family, I would be very lonely. I might have some friends, but without a family, it just would be the same. A house wouldn’t be a home without your family there to cheer you up at times, or to make your favourite food. The meaning of home means that you have something that makes you feel comfortable and safe. The meaning of home is different for everyone, but for me it will always stay the same.
