The Meaning of Home
To me, home is not just a place; it’s where I receive love from my parents, siblings, and people who care about me, where I hear my parents’ warm voices at the dinner table asking about how my day went. I hear my family's laughter in the living room, watching a movie together. Home is where I can be myself without being judged. My home is where I always feel understood and loved. There is no such thing as a mistake in my home. Mistakes are ok, they can be fixed by the love my family shared. My dad is technically my hero; he cheers me up even if I’m feeling down. My mom is my wonderful chef; every meal she makes is full of love, and that’s what really matters. Home is where all the love and hugs wait at the end of every long day. It’s where I can feel the love my family has for me. To sum up, home is not just a place where I live – It’s where I feel truly loved and accepted for who I really am.
