Memory Lane

Home to me is a place to stay warm and a place to eat food, drink water, and stay alive, but home is more than just that it’s not just shelter. It's a place where you have memories, memories you can't make with a horse . Those memories could be anything, like traditions that maybe only your family does once every year such as having a day where your family does something silly, or going somewhere every year with another family. You could take every possession you own and all your family's stuff, and just have your family and your home, and you could have the funnest day of your life because your memories are there. You could have options to go to $5 million mansions or your childhood home with your family. If it was truly a home, and not just a house, you would probably choose it every time, because those memories remind you of all those fun adventures and times when you were feeling down, and you felt better because you were at home. With your family, that feeling is irreplaceable because no matter what happens, you always remember your home. Your home is a place to enjoy memories and enjoy fun times; a house is just a place to survive. The more time you spend at a house with family and friends, the more it becomes more than just a house. Your home matters most, and you should always remember that your house will provide you with food, warm water, and shelter, but your home is more than that. Your home is where you plan adventures, call friends, play board games, and watch movies and have fun; you cannot replace that feeling of your childhood home and all of the memories you had over the years.
