The need for a home

A home is a place where happiness shows, a place to feel safe and loved. A home is where warm welcomes are given, and where a family grows. A home can mark a new beginning and reveal an old history, while spreading kindness and respect. Most people have homes and some struggle to afford one, but the worst is the people who don’t even have a home at all. Those who juggle multiple jobs to barely pay for rent and food deserve better shelter and a chance for a fresh start in a good home. Habitat for Humanity helps people in need of a home of their own, and a fresh new start. Habitat for Humanity guides people in need to their freedom and a new beginning. It’s good to be grateful for things we have. It could be toys or books, maybe even crafts. But it’s best to be grateful for a family, good food and a home to be happy in.
