Home is not just a House

Home is a special place. It is love, creativity, family, loyalty, and freedom. We have to be grateful for the homes that families like us have. It is not just a place to live. It is where our journey begins. Home is survival and strength. It is protection, warmth in the winter, and the shield from all evil. The shield is not just in the walls, doors, and windows, but the caring hands of your mom and brave voice of your dad. Home is not just a house. Home and house are different. A house can be empty. It’s just a place. It has no freedom, no loyalty, no love, nothing special without the people in it. People make the house a home. Meanwhile home is a place of love, loyalty, fun, craziness, and especially a very special kind loving family. Whenever I would reach home, I would welcome it by seeing it a lot of times, then I would go in and always sleep, with its comfy relaxing warmth like I was sleeping in the airplanes’ first class! The taste of home, the crispness of the foods and the desserts with the special ingredient from your family which was love, the sight of the mirror, the reflections of peace, and the loyalty as a mighty brave king. The sounds of joy, laughter and parents speaking. The importance of home is peace, also being a special person, and having a special family. You can taste the love inside your house and the deserts of love. People like us are lucky to have a home, but people like homeless people, immigrants, war survivors, and especially refugee people need a kind loving home for safety, love, protection, and all of those things…
