My house is my home

Home feels like snuggling up with my dog on the couch. Home tastes like a crisp cucumber on a summer day. Home looks like my bookshelf decorated with lots of wonderful books to choose from. Home sounds like my family laughing while playing a game. Home smells like fresh granola that just came out of the oven. My home is a place where I can be around people that love me and make me feel very safe. Home is a place that I can feel however I want whenever I want. When I am at home I feel that the people around me can help me through tough times and make me feel like I belong. I love my home and everyone in it. Home is always a place that I can come back to whenever I feel like I want to cry or I want to punch something or even when I want to dance, home is always there for me. Everyone in my home is very special to me and I feel like I can do anything around them. Home makes me feel warm inside. I love growing up in my home. There’s no place like home.
