What I Do At Home

When I walk into my living room, I sit down on my couch. As I look into my cozy fireplace, I know I can be myself. I go up to my room and I lie down on my bed, And I think of all the things I have done, thought and said. I go to my parents room and snuggle with my dogs. I think about what I’m thankful for as I stare into the fog. On the cold and frosty days, I sit down in my pj's. I go downstairs and do karaoke and pretend to be a DJ. Home is all about who is there, not about where. Without a home I would be alone. I can't imagine where. I really am blessed to have a place to rest, In a home where I am at my best. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for building houses for those who are poor. It will help spread love so much more!
