Meaning of Home

I think the meaning of home is feeling safe and loved, spending time with your family and knowing that there is always somebody to listen to what you have to say. At home you don't need to ask somebody to listen to what you have to say, they just listen. Some traditions we have at my house are watching our family show every Saturday or Sunday, skating on our outdoor rink, and snowmobiling. I like to play games with my siblings and parents. Some of the games we play together are Skip-bo, Monopoly deal, Dutch blitz, and dice poker. Some of the stuff we do in the summer at our house is swimming, going on bike rides and watching outdoor movies. Our family also likes to cook together and each take a part in making meals. At home I feel safe when I’m with my family and when they are always there to listen to me when I have problems. They know when something is wrong and can comfort you and fix your problems.
