Meaning of Home

Home is a place where I can feel safe, comfortable and seen no matter if I had a good day or a bad day. Home is a special place. It is filled with laughter, joy and lots of love. It is also where we learn new things and grow up. It’s where my mom and dad help me with homework and play games with me. It is when my dad cuddles up on the couch with me to watch a movie and my mom makes me tea. Home is where my brother makes me laugh, and sometimes annoys me too! It’s where we all hang out together. Home is a place to eat, sleep, play and make memories with my family. It smells like dinner and sounds like talking and laughing. Even when things aren’t totally perfect, my home is still a place I love to be because it is where my mom, my dad, my brother Thomas and my dog Sally are all with me.
