Meaning of my home.

What home means to me isn’t the walls that out line the house, or the comfy couch that makes it cozy, home means where the heart and soul come together to connect, have fun and share every little moment that we have together. Whether it’s gathering around the living room to play Friday game night, or snuggling in blankets and telling endless story’s that seem to go on forever. It doesn’t matter what home means to you.It could mean anything. But what it means to me is love, peace, caring, and a whole lot of fun. It also means WARMTH from the cozy fire place on a winter night, and SAFETY when big dark clouds seem to cover all the light in the world, except the light in my home. Because that’s the only light in the entire world that burns brighter than anything else. And last but not least it means FAMILY, because every home needs a family, even if it’s just a few people.Family is the root word of my home, it’s what keeps my home alive and safe. It’s the structure of every little nook and cranny. So if you’re not sure what home means to you, look around and connect with your thoughts. Then you’ll find what home means to you. Because you can’t look for the meaning of home if home is you. Thank you habitat for humanity for making the world a better place.
