Ma Maison

Home is having a place to relax. Moving to a new home is hard and not easy to trust but always welcoming into your heart. A loud bus to my brother's video game, my room has walls for me to hide from the rest of the world but my book. school is hard and full of friends, but also like a prison, home is easy and I have privacy. It is like heaven before I am dead. In summer it is hot extremely hot but, in my house, it is not, in winter it is cold oh so very cold but in my house it is not. My pantry is full of food, and we never run out. My mom is always there even when she is not, like a hand on my shoulder when things get tough. My dads a giant, standing strong and straight, like a shield in war. He is my troll under my bridge, keeping it up. My home is strong, straight, and sturdy. Home is a break from the outside world. Home is fun. I love to have my friends at my home. Home is shelter when it rains, snows, and hails. Home is shoes on sharp rock; home is a life jacket in the ocean. home is where I celebrate. Listening to katseye and reading my book is my favourite part of my home.my home came with me when I moved, because home is not a building or a place, it is a feeling in our hearts. THERE IS NO END TO THIS BECAUSE THERE IS NO END TO HOME
