What Home Means to Me

Home is a place where I can go where I feel safe, loved, and cared for. Somewhere I have a roof over my head. When I am at my dad’s house home is a warm place where I am happy to see my dad, stepmom, brothers, and sisters. When I am at my mom’s house home means I am happy to see my mom, stepdad, and my baby brother. I feel safe at my houses because when I’m home alone and someone knocks on the door I silently run to my room and hide under my white fuzzy blanket. My houses are really colorful so that means home to me too and my houses have lots of decor. Something that keeps me calm is my cat. I have feed and took care of her every night since I was three. Something that makes home feel like home is my clothes my bed, and my books. I love reading .My stepmom is making a library in our game room she has about 875 books or over in the game room. A library has about one thousand books in it. Me, my, stepmom, and my dad are starting to read “Harry Potter” together. My dad and stepmom are also teaching me how to play “Magic Of The Gathering” it’s a card game about mythical creatures.
