A House Is Not A Home
A House Is Not A Home
The difference between a house and a home, one you see and one you feel. A house you see is a building one floor, two, bricks, walls, rooms and floors. It can be rented, leased, borrowed or owned. But a home is a place no house can replace its full of light and gleam. Home is personalized just for you, memories made and privacy too. A home could be a house, tent, apartment or even a symbolic place in one’s heart .You can see there’s a difference between a house and a home: one is brick and the other is precious.
A home is the base where everything begins or a place to hang your heart. It's where you feel most like you! A home is a welcoming place that makes you feel you. In your home you should be full of light and be crazy if you’d like. Never in your home should you feel uncomfortable or scared because home should be your happy place not your place of despair . In your home your heart should glow with your friends and family. Playing games, snuggling up by the fireplace and watching a movie ; no matter what you do home should be something you look forward to too.Because there's no place like home!
Lastly, for me home means a place to be free, to be myself and to dance my heart out. At home I feel comfortable, cozy and warm like the sun is shining on me. I play games with my little sister or jump on the trampoline. In the summer, playing fetch with my dog brings me joy in the backyard. My home may look like a house, but inside it's full of adventures waiting to be uncovered. Sometimes my home is quiet and sleepy or it's loud and full of singing. In the summer I am outside jumping through the sprinkler that brings me pride. In the winter I am snuggly and warm under blankets during winter storms. A house is not a home as you can see; a house is a physical building and a home is not.
