My Home, My Shelter, My Relaxation
What home means to me is my safety, where I was took care of, where I first walked, where I relax after school or a hard day, the place where I love my family, the place that is our private space, and a lot more reasons why home is a REALLY special place, the place where we let out our frustration, tears, fear, and more emotions.
Our home is not JUST a building made from wood, or cement, it's a memory for everyone. The fun and joy, the energy, and the love we had was enormous. I remember when I was having really fun with my whole family during New Year. When I wake up, I smell my breakfast, Sunny side-up. Most kids don’t even have houses, a cover above their heads, and even a bit of food. That's why you need to be grateful. Home is a protector, protects from the rain, sickness, and germs. Picture this, what if you had no home, no roof above your head, no protection? You would probably be really sick or uncomfortable because at night, it's gonna be pure dark. That’s what homes are actually for, it’s for our comfortability, and rest, NOT flexing our houses, we have a roof above our heads for a reason.
I had a lot of fun and fights with my siblings. It’s a place where I can always rely on hard days like losing a sports game, not passing in school, and having a big fight. When I smell my favorite food, I always check it and thank my mom. If I had to thank something, I would not be hesitant to give my home a really REALLY big humongous thanks to my house. Because after all, it’s My Home, My Shelter, My Relaxation.
