What Home Is

Home isn't just a house with a different way of being spelled. It's a space you can call your own. Home is a place where you can ride your roller coaster of emotions. You can have your deepest cries, hardest laughs, and your best memories! Home is where your mom cooks homemade meals and sings horribly in the kitchen, and where your grandparents tell their adventures and heartwarming stories at the dinner table. Home is how your heart feels at the end of a long day. It's where you can just plop on the couch forgetting about all the frustrations and worries you might have had during the day. Home is where your cats snuggle up next to you and purr as loud as they can. Home is where your best friend comes over and tackles you on your bed. Home is that one place you will feel comfortable no matter who you’re with. Home is where my family goes and where my heart stays.
