Home

Home isn’t just a word— it’s a feeling. If you moved a thousand miles away from your house, you could still feel at home. No matter where you are, all you need are memories to feel at home. If you don’t have any memories in your house, can you even call it home? I would say no. My home is made of memories— from my first steps to me growing up. Home is a sanctuary. When you feel sad, it can cheer you up no matter what. Home is where your family is. It is where you feel safe. Family can make you feel at home no matter what. If you have been away from home, you might feel scared or worried, but with family you will always feel at home, no matter how far you are. If you had an unpleasant day, where is the first place you would want to go? For me, it would be home— with my family around the warm fire, softly glowing around us all after an exhausting day.
