What is Home?

What is home? Some people have a different idea of what home is in their eyes, but to me, home is somewhere I can feel loved. Not just being loved but also feeling understood and being around the right people. Home isn’t just a place where you live in, home is a place when you’re actually happy with the people who are around you. Home has times, not just happy times, but even sad, angry, upset times. Home will never be the same for every person, no matter the looks on people’s faces, but I will forever be grateful for my home and for everyone I get to be around. Home is somewhere where I can feel comfortable and not judged, when I’m at home I know when I can be myself around people who I love, and people who love me back. Home is somewhere where I’d cry out of stress but be comforted by the right people. Everyone has a meaning of home, but it will never be just a place in my world, it’s somewhere where I know when I can feel myself.
