The Meaning of Home

You can put a house up for sale but a home is where you eat and have family gatherings and parties too. It makes me feel happy and comfortable to be at home. MY home is special because I have memories of animals like my dogs and cats that lived there. I had a dog that lived to be very old and I had 3 cats. I played with them and they slept with me. It’s special because it's cozy and comfy. My dog Bailey is so fluffy and he keeps me warm. My family watches movies a lot and we play games together. It's special to play together. My favourite part in my home is my living room because it's cozy. I spend a lot of time in the living room watching movies. I like watching with my family and I like having dinner there too. Me and my mom spend the most time together in the living room. I like having cozy time with her. Everyone needs shelter and food but everyone deserves a home because you spend most of the time with the people you love like your family and this makes it home.
