At home I am safe At home I feel loved At home I have help At home I have food In my bedroom I can sleep In my bedroom I can read In my bedroom I am free In my bedroom I am alone When I open the door, I can smell the smell of dinner being made When I open the door, I can hear the sound of my dog barking When I open the door, I hear the sweet, sweet sound of my mom When I open the door, I can see my dad playing with my brother My home is crazy and cuckoo but that is what makes it home My home is filled with lots of laughs and smiles My home is what makes me feel myself My home makes me feel happy
