A Home is Not Just a House

A home is filled with memories and songs, a house is not. A home is somewhere you laugh and love, a house is not. A home is a place where YOU are cared for, a house is not. My home is a place with memories everywhere, like on the early mornings sitting under the Christmas tree or the family dinners I have on Thanksgiving. My home is with my two loving parents and my siblings where we play fight and watch movies late at night. My home is a place where I am loved for exactly who I am, it is where I am supported and encouraged for what I do. It's where I’m able to cry and be comforted. My home is not just a house, it’s never been just a house to me, so what is your home to you??
