My meaning of home

A home to me isn’t just a house, it’s a feeling. A feeling of warmth and safety. It makes me feel loved, safe, and it is a place that I can be myself. It is a place where I have freedom to do almost whatever I want. At home I don’t feel pressure to do things I don’t want to do. It is a place where I can express my emotions, whether I’m happy, sad, angry, or mad. Your home has a special place in your heart, your childhood home is something you will never forget. You might not remember every memory, but you will remember the important ones, always. Home is a place where when I come home from school I see my dog Roscoe wagging his tail. Home is a place where I hear my brother singing along to music. Home is a place where I smell my moms fresh baking. Home is a place where I taste delicious meals that my parents make. Home is a place where I laugh with my friends and family without having to worry about anything A house isn’t a home until YOU decide it is.
