What Home Means To Me

Home to me is a safe space where I can always be myself. A place where every room is filled with amazing memories. Home makes me feel warm inside like a crackling fire. When I’m in my home everything feels right. There is a stain on the cupboard. It is not a big deal. It reminds me of the time we tried to make pasta sauce. When we take a trip it’s hours of fun. Riding in the car we play tons of games. It's such a good time. In the summer we’re in the backyard, my dad and I play cornhole but he always wins. My home is a special place that feels like a hug and is just right for me.
