Meaning of Home

Where is the place you feel safest and happiest? For me, that place is my home. A home is more than just a house. When I walk through the door, I feel a sense of peace and protection — a place where I can truly be myself. It’s being surrounded by the people who mean the most to you. We sit around the dinner table sharing stories about our day and laughing at Dad’s jokes. My mom helps me with homework, and my dad takes me out for ice cream. We bake cookies together and play games, creating memories I will always treasure. A home is not about how big your house is or how new it looks. It’s about being surrounded by family and friends, the memories you make together, having a roof over your head, a warm bed to sleep in, and thanking God for all He has done for us.
