Home is Not Four Walls & a Roof

Home. Noun. The place where a person, family, or animal lives. Her home is on 23rd Street. A definition that I found from a Gage dictionary. This is not the definition that I would use to describe home. Home isn’t always the same. It is an ever-changing place that grows and changes as you grow and change. Home is my dog, and my sister, and my parents, and my friends. Home is good food, laughing and playing and living! Home is memories, the good and the bad and the bittersweet. Home makes us us! Home is love, and love is home. Habitat is home, and empowerment, and opportunity. The world would be peaceful and amazing if everyone had a home like mine.
