Home Isnt Just a House

To me, the meaning of home isn't just a house, it's a warm, cozy place that keeps me comfortable all day, even when I am in a bad mood. The things that make my home important are being with my family and making memories. My home feels like a big hug wrapped around me, which makes me feel warm and safe. The things that make my home comfy are my bed, because I love to sleep on it, and it is very comfortable to lie on. I like my kitchen because of the magical smell that comes from the amazing food my parents make, and having family dinners together. The things that make my home special is the living room, where we watch movies with my family, and we make each other laugh when we are down. One of my favourite parts about my home is watching comedies with my parents. I like my bed because it feels cozy when I'm sleeping. I like the smell of my mom's cooking when I come from school. Also, sometimes on the weekend, I help my mom cook my favourite meals. I taste the awesome meals my mom makes for me. Sometimes I hear everyone laughing at the funny movies we watch together. My favourite holiday is Christmas because we always have so much fun watching each other open presents! Lastly, don't think of your home as just a house, even if you don't have a couch or tv, every home is special in every way!
