The Difference Between A House And A Home

Houses are just buildings. They feel empty and cold. A home is where you live. It feels safe, cozy and warm. You sleep there and you eat there. In my house I have a loft that overlooks the living room. To me that is the warmest, coziest place in my house. Even though my house is really big it still feels warm and safe. Before we sold our house, when we already moved out of it, it felt cold empty. That is the difference between a house and a home.
