The Home Haikus

This is a Haiku. These ones are about a home. A home that is mine. My home is friendly. My home contains memories. My home is super. It is more than walls. And windows, doors and kitchens. Homes are family. Homes are safe places. Where there is help everywhere. And where there is love. A home can be small. Or have many rooms and floors. But those don’t matter. Family matters. More than you could imagine. They also love you. Home is a good place. Home is where you can find aid. Home is where you’re safe. Some smells remind meOf my mother’s great cooking. Others of painting. Some sights remind meOf my brother playing games. And me losing them. Some sounds remind meOf my Dad fixing machines. And the whir of drills. I remember the Memories of my old homes. They are the sweetest.
