HOME IS WHERE I FEEL LOVED

Home is where I feel loved. Home is where I can express my feelings in different ways. Home is when I walk in the kitchen and I smell my dad’s steak and potatoes. On snowy days my family and I go down to the fireplace and drink hot chocolate and play board games. Home is where my sister and I do funny dances. Home is where my dad carries me upstairs when I feel sick. Home is where all my family plays soccer in the backyard. Home is where all my family loves and supports me. Home is where my sister takes two-hour long showers and takes all the hot water. Home is where in the summer I wake up to my nanny’s special pancakes and eggs and bacon. Home is where me and my best friend play board games on rainy days and watch a lot of movies are favorite is modern family it is so good Home is where I feel safe. Home is where my dog and I play fetch outside and it is very fun. Home is where there are so many nontangible memories. Home is where my cousins and I made Harry Potter cookies and they were so good. Home is where my sister and I do lemonade stands in my yard and it is so fun it is one of the things that I look forward to every summer. Home is where my family and I play Scattergories and it eats our favorite ice cream Ben and Jerrys. Home is where I practice ringette in my backyard. Home is where I help my mom bake Christmas cookies and we normally make a big mess. Thank you so much, habitat of humanity for helping people that need a home.
