What Home Means To Me
When I was little my birth parents couldn’t take care of me but their friends could sense I was only an I baby.
I had to go to foster care before I could go to my real home.
I grew up with my adoptive family and I really do appreciate everything in life but what I call home here's what it sounds like.
A home is where you can play.
Home is a place where you can embrace the people you love like your mom or dad or your siblings.
A home can be a building, a tent, the forest, or even a truck
A home is where you can play and feel safe.
Imagine this, when you come home you can smell a delicious smell from your kitchen. Your home is built to make you feel safe. A home is like a big warm blanket that you can wrap yourself in.
Like a cuddle from your mom or even a stuffy.
A home is where you can sleep, dream, and play all day.
It's where you can laugh, be happy, or even feel artsy.
No matter what you call home that's what mine sounds like.
A home for an animal can be a tree, a bush, a hive, or even by the riverside.
Now thats what a home sounds like to me.
