A Home is my Heart

A house is merely a skeleton of wood and glass, but a home is the beating heart that gives life. It is a living scrapbook that whispers stories of my first steps and every growth mark into a door frame. My home is made of loving and kind friendly people. I am always surrounded by the people who love me the most. Home is like a quiet library in a beautiful haven, and when the outside feels like a thunderstorm, the inside feels like a warm, embracing place. Home is the only place where it tells me to let my guard down, where I know I am anchored by family and by their hugs. Home isn’t just a roof over my head; it’s the foundation of who I am. These pictures on the walls are loving memories from the past in a golden frame. My home is a safe haven filled with laughter and grace. It’s also a place where my heart feels safe and my dreams take flight. Home is like my secret headquarters—a shield of safety, security, and stability that protects me no matter what happens outside. Like a bunker that feels cozy and warm. Home is my heart. Thank you Habitat for Humanity, working day and night, building homes, and changing lives.
