Home Is a Place that I Can Run to
When I'm feeling down, I can run to my home and talk to my parents about what's wrong and about the one who made me mad or who is at fault. It may have been my teacher who made me mad but at the end of every conversation they say to me “you will always be able to run home” and that makes me feel loved. I can run home and tell my parents what a wonderful day I had and how fun it was, then after that I go up stairs to call my friends and I can’t lie, the fun never ends. I can run to my home when my parents just picked up food after a long and busy day. I run inside and sit at the table and get ready to chow down on some delicious food, don't ask me, I'm just in the mood. I can run to my home when a tornado hits, my parents put me somewhere safe so I can be fine but they are worried when they look at the sky, the time has passed, we're all safe, I guess home is a really safe place.
Thank you habitat for humanity for making all of this possible and giving me a great experience. You really do good at helping people and making people smile.
