Home, A Place like No Other

I love home. It makes me happy and joyful. Home is not just my house though. It is this country, city, and town. It's a place I feel welcome. It is a feeling in my heart. No place can ever replace my home. It is my home, no matter what. It stays with me through life and hard times. It has good memories and times. It makes me feel nice and comfortable. People go home for holidays because they want that feeling again with their families. They want to feel happy and wonderful. I get that warm feeling with my family. Home is also people. It can be the family I hold in my heart. It is close friends that you have a big connection with. It is a teacher or an adult. When I am around this person I feel nice and safe. I get that warm feeling from the inside of your heart. It feels wonderful when I am with those people. Home isn’t hard on me. It comes down soft when I get mad. It comforts me when I'm sad. It shares joy with me when I’m happy. Home is a good friend. It's close family. It’s someone to look up to. It is home.
