What Is a Home to Me?

a home to me is a home to my family a place I can go to in case of trouble a place I feel safe in home is somewhere can play without getting hurt a home is a recognized human right so people get married and start families because its in the law but that doesnt mean settlers have more right than foreigners to Canada when I first came to Canada we only had an apartment so I tried to jump from couch to the wall and WHAM WAAAAAAAA When I woke up I looked like a big bumpy bear the bump went away though when I first started school I didnt have any friends it was hard finding friends until I got into grade 1 then everyone wanted to be my friend that was when I felt like home meant friends and family and I still think the same way about it now im in grade 5 im 11 years old I love my home and im not in an apartment anymore we moved to my beautiful and lovely home now im in a home where my brother plays volleyball with his friends my dad works all day my mom making her own business my sister asks me play help her play with her doll and I play basketball with my cousin this is what home means to me I love my home
