Meaning of Home

Your home is like a person because each and every one is special and unique. I feel at home when I am in nature, such as a trail in the forest or when I'm near bodies of water like lakes or rivers. I also feel at home when I’m on my basement couch chilling while eating a snack or drinking some tea. My home makes me feel as calm as a turtle and makes me feel comforted so I don’t worry too much. Also, home also makes me feel carefree and cozy so I won't worry about anything. Most importantly, the people who make home feel welcoming for me is my family. They do this by making me feel less lonely and my dog also cheers me up when I'm sad. My friends also help me feel happy because I usually go play with my friends when I’m bored on the weekends and I can call them when I’m sick. My home has many things that keep me feeling upbeat and keep me happy such as my ipad, watching Tv and reading my favorite books such as Percy Jackson and the olympians. This is what makes my home special and makes it a home not a house.
