The Meaning of Home

Home is a place that I can confidently say I belong. This is what I think home is. A place where I feel like the right puzzle piece fitting in with all others. A place full of joy with dancing and singing. Rooms full of twisted emotions filled with sadness, anger, and confusion but we support each other through it. Memories we shared with each other through objects & pictures Diverse spaces are all meant for different purposes. The living room to laugh & talk, the dining room to bond and eat delicious food. The kitchen to create wonderful, cozy meals. Our bedrooms have comfortable bedding that makes you fall in a long, snug sleep. Nude colours everywhere. Furniture that's old but somehow still works. Black couch, blue walls, brown decorations, brown floors. In my eyes the colours are perfectly harmonious complementing each other like a symphony. Laughter, sadness, frustration, loud chatter, sparking flavours, warm sleeps all chaotic but make what home means to me.
