Meaning of Home

To me, home means a place where you wake up feeling safe and loved. It isn’t always a building, it’s where you feel safe. In the dictionary, home means a place “where a person or family lives”. That isn’t true! Home is your happy place, a place with people you love and happy memories. You can live somewhere you hate, but that isn’t home. It's a house. Home is a little different for everyone, even twins might have a different definition to home. Even though they might like the same things, they’re not the same person. Everyone is a little different, whether you like it or not. Just like home! Everyone’s meaning is a little different, Home can be whatever you want, a place, a person, a food. It’s all a little different to everyone and that’s ok.
