Meaning of Home

Home is a special place for me because it is a where I feel safe and loved. Home is my safe space where I can be free and enjoy quality time with the people I love and who love me. Home is not just a building. It's a place where me and my family share stories and create memories. I’m happy to come home after school to our cozy couch because it just feels nice to put my feet up, wrap up under my warm blanket, beside my mom and just relax. My mom likes to teach me and my sister how to prepare meals we all enjoy. It is important to us that we all eat dinner together around the dinner table. This is important because we enjoy taking and checking in with each other. When I see homeless people on the street, I feel sad. Prayer is very important to us and I often pray that God will provide for those who don't have much. We help our community by giving some of the clothes we have a way to help those who need. Reading the bible together is super important because it gives us hope and reminds us that God is always there to help us. There was a time a fire was in our building. The fire department was able to put it out on time. No one was hurt. We all were ok. I am so grateful for everything I have, my family, friends and home.
