The Meaning of Home
When I come home, I feel safe, and I feel warmth that I don’t
feel often. I also feel that I’m protected from anything bad
that can happen. When I’m sad, home makes me feel better
and happier because that’s a place where I can talk to
people.
When I come home, I smell my mom or dad’s cooking, and it
relieves me that I have somewhere that I am known. I love
that at home I can play with friends and family. I love that I
know people care about me and how I feel. At home I love
that my dog runs up to me and starts licking me showing that
she loves me.
I love that I can tell my family how school was or the party. I
just love how I can talk to people when I need to. I love my
entire family because they are always with me even if I’m sad
or mad; they are always there. I have three little siblings that
I love to care for and show that I love them no matter what.
I love that I can go and play games with my family when I’m
having a bad day. I love them even though I get mad at them.
I will always truly love them no matter the cost. I love that
they will pay for food and other necessities. I am always
happy when I get home because I can see my family.
I love that they pay for my video games and my sport
equipment even though they don’t have to. I just love my
family so much all around because they provide for me, and
they care for me. They don’t have to do anything for me, but
they do.
